Conclusion
The 1999 season was most successful, and the amount of work done and the results achieved vastly exceeded initial expectations. A number of areas still need further study and documentation; most time is needed for work on the ceramics, but further conservation or research is needed in the field on the papyri, the coffins and the human remains, as well as the completion of other outstanding documentation. A programme of work is presently being developed for what I hope will be one more study season in TT99 in which all outstanding issues can be resolved.
