Epigraphy and documentation
All the wall drawings have been made in previous seasons, but some collation remains to be done in the future. The principal documentary work this season was the completing of the recording of the colours of the wall paintings. This was performed with a colourimeter, as described in my article in JEA 77 (1991). Some 200 readings were taken, primarily on areas cleaned since the previous recordings were made in 1992.
Architecture and planning
Günter Heindl was able to complete the planning of the tomb begun in 1997. The plan of the chamber and interior shafts shown here is the result of this work, and all that remains is for the plan of the courtyard and its shafts to be inked.
